STEVEN ASEI-DANTONI NKOUE
Living in nine different countries enriched Steven’s vision. Steven Asei-Dantoni Nkoué aka Great Teacher Steve believes in interconnectedness and the power of the community. Over the years He has applied Ubuntu way of living in classrooms and organizations around the globe. To do so Steven imagined learning communities as an African village where learners and leaders are able to experience deep meaningful human transformative experiences. For him team innovation and improvement starts with human connections.
Vision
As a learning experience designer his work focuses on advising organizations to improve their team culture of continuous learning for innovation. His human centered design approach aims to create a safe space for the individuals to grow to their full potential. Steven is an international lecturer, researcher and consultant in the fields of learning and innovation. As a consultant some of his clients include the EDF Group, Caisse d’Epargne, UNICEF, Adecco, Leiden University and Excelia Business School and The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mission
He is here to enable learners to be heroes of change. Steven's purpose is to spark vocations. He helps people to become who they truly are. Time and time again, he has seen the magic of human connections operate successfully. Steven designs deep human interaction experiences based on the Ubuntu to help organizations better their group dynamic and team building.

In 2021 Steven Asei-Dantoni Nkoué founded the multimedia platform Our Little Philosophers. It is dedicated to elevating children’s voices. Children share their vision and perspective of the world. It aims at giving them a stronger voice. Their passion, ingenuity, creativity and spirit is inspiring the whole world.
