HUMAN INNOVATION DESIGN
GREAT TEACHER STEVE (Steven Asei-Dantoni Nkoué) believes in interconnectedness and the power of the community. He is here to enable learners to become heroes of change and who they truly are. Innovation starts with human connections! Steve is an international lecturer, researcher and consultant in the fields of learning and innovation. Steve designs deep human interaction experiences based on the philosophy of Ubuntu to support organizations bettering their group dynamic and team building, team culture of continuous learning for innovation.

His human centered design approach aims to create a safe space for the individuals and team to grow to their full potential. Some of his clients include the EDF Group, Caisse d’Epargne, UNICEF, Adecco, Leiden University, Excelia Business School and The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
His university lecturing experiences include: The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Copenhagen Business Academy, Leiden University College, Gibs Business School
As an international speaker, Steve is often invited to share his vision and experience. In 2019, he was invited by the former Republic of South Africa President Kgalema Motlanthe to speak on the future of education at Gauteng's 5th Youth Expo. In 2016, he was selected to speak at the TEDx to provide his insight on redesigning the classroom learning experience. In 2018 The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs Invited him to the HagueTalk event to speak on children's creativity.

HUMAN-INNOVATION RE-IMAGINED
As co-founder of the human-innovation design collective ASEI-SALEHI . Steve works together with Safiyeh Salehi Mobarakeh on re-imagining systems and constructs within organisations through human innovation and corporate anthropology. Putting humanity at the core of business to improve employee wellbeing, team cohesion, retention and performance.
In 2021 Steven Asei-Dantoni Nkoué aka GREAT TEACHER STEVE founded the multimedia platform Our Little Philosophers. It is dedicated to elevating children’s voices. Children share their vision and perspective of the world. It aims at giving them a stronger voice. Their passion, ingenuity, creativity and spirit is inspiring the whole world.
